At FS Collection, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery times, and applicable fees for both domestic and international orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Same-day dispatch is available for most orders placed before 13:00 CET on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany).

  • Orders placed after 13:00 CET or during weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, festive periods, or due to adverse weather conditions, dispatch time may extend to up to 2 working days.

  • In the event of unexpected delays, we will contact the customer for consent before proceeding.

2. Shipping Fees

Domestic (Germany):

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 working days):

    • €2.90 for orders under €50

    • Free shipping for orders over €50

International:

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and service selected.

  • Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Germany: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Most deliveries arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination country and local postal service performance.

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Holidays or high-demand periods

  • Postal or courier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes or road incidents

4. Undelivered or Delayed Shipments

  • For domestic orders within Germany, please allow at least 7 working days before reporting a missing parcel.

  • For international orders, please allow up to 14 working days before making a non-delivery claim.

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will issue a replacement or refund, provided the shipping address supplied was correct.

We do not accept responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses submitted at checkout.
