Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht (Return & Withdrawal Policy)

At FS Collection, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We understand that online shopping sometimes leads to a change of mind, and we are happy to offer a clear and fair return policy in compliance with EU regulations.


Free Returns within Germany

We offer free returns for customers in Germany for eligible items returned within the specified period. Returns for exchange or refund are accepted under the following conditions:


1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (e.g., via our contact form or by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use our Contact Us form for this purpose.


2. Return Conditions

In addition to the legal withdrawal period, we allow 28 days from the date of receipt to return items. However, a withdrawal request must still be submitted within the initial 14 days to qualify under EU consumer rights.

  • Returns made after 28 days of receipt may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • A free return label is provided per order. Additional labels will be charged at a flat fee of €2.90.

  • Returns must be sent using our provided return label or approved shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted, and shipping costs may not be reimbursed.


3. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned item(s) must:

  • Have all original tags still attached (removal will be treated as use and may void the right of return).

  • Include all original accessories and packaging.

  • Be free of any odours (perfume, smoke, food, etc.).

  • Not be worn, washed, ironed, or altered in any way.

We reserve the right to deny a refund and return the product to you if these conditions are not met.


4. Return Process for Germany

  1. Repack the item(s) securely with the original dispatch note.

  2. Use the enclosed return label to send the package back to us. If you need assistance, contact us via the Contact Us form.

  3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2–3 working days of receiving the returned item.


5. International Returns

Customers outside Germany are responsible for arranging and paying for their return shipments.

  1. Ensure the item(s) meet the original condition requirements.

  2. Include the dispatch note in the return package.

  3. Contact us through the Contact Us form for further instructions.
